Delivery
We send every order from our warehouse within 1–2 business days. You get an email with a tracking link as soon as it leaves us.
- Free standard delivery on orders over £75.
- Standard delivery is £3.95 under that, and takes 2 to 4 working days.
- Express delivery is available at checkout and arrives the next working day.
- We deliver across the UK and the EU. Duties are included in the price you pay.
Returns and refunds
Skincare takes time, so you should be able to find out whether something suits you without losing money. You have 90 days to send anything back, opened or not.
- Email us within 90 days and we will send a prepaid label.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 working days.
- If something arrives damaged, send a photo and we will replace it. No return needed.
- Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
