Aurx Labs Ltd is the data controller for aurxlabs.com. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 00000000, at 1 Example Street, London, EC1A 1AA, United Kingdom.

You can reach us about anything on this page at hello@aurxlabs.com. We reply within one working day.

When you order: your name, delivery address, email address and what you bought. We need these to send you the right thing to the right place.

When you email us: your email address and whatever you write to us.

When you browse: if you accept analytics, we collect pages viewed and rough location from your IP address. If you decline, we collect none of this.

We never see your full card number. Our payment provider handles that, and passes us only the last four digits and whether the payment worked.

To perform our contract with you: processing and delivering your order, and handling returns.

Because the law requires it: keeping order and tax records for six years.

With your consent: analytics and marketing email. You can withdraw consent at any time and we stop.

For our legitimate interests: preventing fraud and keeping the site working. We balance this against your rights and stop if yours win.

Essential cookies keep your cart and your session working. These run without consent because the site cannot function without them.

Analytics only load after you press accept. Decline, or send a Do Not Track signal, and nothing non-essential runs. This is what PECR regulation 6 requires, and we follow it rather than showing a banner that does nothing.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Our payment provider, to take payment. Our delivery carrier, to deliver your parcel. Our email provider, to send your receipt.

That is the whole list. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Order records: six years after the order, because HMRC requires it.

Support emails: two years, then deleted.

Analytics: 14 months.

Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to stop using it, or ask for it in a portable format.

Email hello@aurxlabs.com and we will action it within one month, free of charge.

If you think we have got it wrong, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first so we can fix it.
