Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from aurxlabs.com. By placing an order you accept them. Nothing here removes your legal rights as a consumer.

Adding something to your cart is not an order. Paying at checkout is an offer to buy.

We accept your offer when we email you to say your order has been dispatched. That is the point a contract exists between us.

If we cannot fulfil an order — the item is out of stock, or the price was wrong — we will tell you and refund you in full.

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current UK rate.

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Delivery is shown separately before you pay, never added afterwards.

We take payment when you place the order.

We dispatch within one to two working days and give you a tracking link.

Delivery estimates are estimates. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days, tell us and we will chase it or replace it.

Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel for any reason. We give you 90 — see the returns policy.

One exception is set by law: sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons lose the right to cancel once unsealed. We choose not to rely on that exception, and accept opened products back anyway.

Our products are cosmetics. They are not medicines, and they do not diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition.

Patch test before first use. If you have a skin condition, or you are pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before starting anything new.

We describe our products accurately and print the amount of every active. If something we have said turns out to be wrong, tell us and you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.

Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
